Belle Haven Advisors offers project and construction management services from an owner’s perspective to private clubs, educational institutions and other non-profit organizations.
As the Owner’s Representative for your project, Belle Haven Advisors provides oversight and coordination of all aspects of the planning, permitting and construction of your facility to ensure timely and satisfactory completion within the allotted budget. We also assist with communications to your membership or constituencies to convey the value of the project to the community as well as progress reports throughout the course of the project.
Taylor Gray founded Belle Haven Advisors in 2020 after spending close to ten years directly managing multiple new construction and renovation projects as a club board member. He understands that behind every building project is a passionate community with distinct needs and desires. He’s also seen how buildings and facilities can provide emotional connections for community development and fulfillment when (and if!) they’re properly designed and executed.
Previously, Taylor held senior management positions in the media industry including Global Marketing Director for TIME, CMO of The Huffington Post and Global Head of Brand at Thomson Reuters. As such, he brings more than 30 years of project management, team leadership and communications expertise to your organization.
